Streetlifting (Стритлифтинг) — includes two movements: pull-up (chin-up) on the crossbar and dips with additional weights.
Streetlifting competitions according to the version of ISF include two directions:
Athletes perform in turn 2 exercises: pull-up on the crossbar and push-up on the bars. 3 approaches (rounds) are given to execute the exercises. Additional weight, booked by an athlete before the approach (round) execution is being fixed to the athlete’s belt.
The sum of the maximum results in the exercises counted by the judges is included in the standings. There are also tournaments for individual exercises.
Athletes perform in turn 2 exercises: pulling on the crossbar (weighted pull ups) and pushing on the bars (weighted dips). To perform the exercises given by 1 approach (round) during which the athlete must perform the maximum number of repetitions. The additional weight ordered before the approach (round) is suspended to the athlete’s belt. The sum of the best results in the exercises counted by the judges is included in the standings. There are also tournaments for individual exercises.
International Streetlifting Federation — is a non-governmental public non-profit organization that unites national federations of streetlifting. ISF is the only recognized international organization that governs the development of streetlifting in the world.
The International Federation of Streetlifting has been conducting serious and systematic work since the moment of creation, so that the enthusiasts of streetlifting appeared on all continents of the planet and held national championships in this dynamic sport.
