WORLD PULL-UP CHAMPIONSHIPS
The first World Pull-Up Championships will be hosted at CrossFit 8000 in Espoo, Finland on June 15-16, 2019.
The games will feature two individual disciplines
▸ Weighted Pull-Up (on Saturday the 15th)
▸ Pull-Up Repetitions (on Sunday the 16th)
In both disciplines, there will be seven weight classes for men and four for women
▸ Men: 60 kg, 70 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, 100 kg, 110 kg, +110 kg
▸ Women: 50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, +70 kg

REGISTRATION
In order to be eligible to participate in the World Pull-Up Championships on June 15-16, 2019 the competitor must:
1) Electronically sign the Anti-Doping Agreement by March 15, 2019 at the latest
2) Register here by May 12, 2019 at the latest
VENUE INFO
The competition venue, CrossFit 8000, is located at Ruukintie 3 in the city of Espoo. The venue is 34 kilometers (21 miles) from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and 18 kilometers (11 miles) from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Espoo is a part of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
